Bought a Samsung s22 ultra with the offer of 12 months disney plus. Keep getting emails to redeem before end of January. It just doesn't work and even charged me.

Got the same problem today I sign into my Samsung account to redeem it then it stops and says forbidden

For those of you having trouble claiming your Disney+ code, please grab your Galaxy S22 device and head to Settings > Apps > Chrome > Storage > Clear data. Once this is done, open up the Chrome app and head to https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disneyplus/. When you are prompted to sign in, please select 'Sign in with Galaxy device' and follow the on screen instructions to claim. If you're not prompted to sign in, tap the profile in the top right and sign in from there, making sure to use the same Samsung account that is registered to your phone (Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts). Let me know how you get on.

Did all this and signed in. Keeps going back to sign in to claim.
