So after much messing about I have finally gotten a code. To use it type in disey plus redeem into chrome. It came up with my email address and paste code into the bar.

To redeem Samsung 12 month disneyplus code, you need to try a different browser, I claimed my code using Microsoft edge browser, does not work on Firefox, Google, chrome browsers always goes to forbidden page, on Microsoft Edge browser the enter claim code page appears just enter code and follow the steps.
