Pre-Order (Not showing in Orders)

Hi All,

I ordered S21 Ultra on launch date but the order number isn’t showing up within order. Please can someone confirm if it has gone through as they have taken payment. 

Tried contacting via app but saying all agents are busy...

Thank you for the number, called them and everything seems to be okay with order. She said that I will receive another notification when item is dispatched.
