I have pre-ordered the galaxy s21 + without my samsung account, I would like to cancel that pre-order and from my account pre-order the galaxy s21 ultra, but my pre-order does not appear in my account now, how can I cancel one and order again? Thank you

if you're from the UK, please contact Online Support to have the order cancelled then you may order it under your account
