Pre order galaxy s21

I have pre-ordered the galaxy s21 + without my samsung account, I would like to cancel that pre-order and from my account pre-order the galaxy s21 ultra, but my pre-order does not appear in my account now, how can I cancel one and order again? Thank you

You are exactly in the same situation as I was last week, all you need is connect to Samsung chat on Samsung.com and then provide them with your order number, they will cancel the order and then you can place a new order. Good luck 👍

if your buying the exynos 2100 variant I wouldn't bother its already proving to be inferior to the snapdragon yet again..despite the lies samsung will tell you about how its improved and even of that's is the case its certainly not better...so we are getting an inferior phone usually with a higher price then other regions..don't bother cancel the order and so yourself a favour unless it's the snapdragon
