Having problems with the sound

Having problems with sound on s21 ultra...only way to describe it is like static running though it ...but I can hear it only the person on the other end...anybody else had this issue 😒

Sorry to hear about this sound issue, @slimlad_uk. Does this only happen on calls? If so, have you been able to try a different SIM in the phone, to see if the sound issue is still there?

Done all the above ...no happens on calls and media...so need it sorted

In that case, have you tried adjusting the sound? You can do this in Settings > Sounds and vibration > Sound quality and effects > Adapt sound.
