Just yesterday my phone started making a sound and vibration every time i unlock it - super annoying.
I've gone into settings/sounds&vibration and turned off all system and touch options. Turned my phone on and off.
I can't quite ID the sound - a 2 tone blurp?
How did this happen and what else can i do?
I have an S10e

Update!
In the NICE CATCH app , i looked at the 'vibration history' and it listed NFC (for contactless payments?) , which i never use - so i turned it off - and the sound/vib is gone!
Don't know what's up with NFC that it impacted my phone lock, i hope i never have to turn it on again.
Thanks for the Nice Catch app - i think it's going to be very useful!!

Hello 👋 @Debbie77057
First id suggest to try https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ to see if an app is causing this.
If not then come out of Safe Mode and try Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Well, after further 'research' , it's my credit card on the back of my phone (the chip)... but the question is 'why now?'. My phone is 5ys old and a CC has been solely on the back the whole time, in the same case....... I've been putting off getting a new phone because i don't want to drive myself crazy on where new settings are, why is it doing that, or how do i get it to act like my old phone - but seems I'm doing it with this phone now lol
