Galaxy S21 no call or message incoming sound

Halo, I hope someone can help. My volume is up high, settings all look correct according to the hundreds of posts I've read, but for some reason I am getting no ringtone sound on incoming calls or text messages for the past couple of weeks. Is anyone else having this issue and if so have you found a cure?

Hello, @RavenWolfie. It's very strange that, despite ensuring that you have the correct settings in place, you aren't hearing your ringtone or the message notification on your S21.
