Hi,
I've just applied the latest software upgrade for my samsung galaxy s20 mobile phone, but on restart, when I try to login, I get a pin invalid message. (It's definitely not invalid, it's the same one I've been using for a few years, it's also fully numeric, so no danger that I'm mistyping upper/lower case!)
I've tried a couple of hard restarts, but still getting the same message, just with longer time intervals before being allowed to retry!
Can anyone please tell me how resolve this? (updating my software shouldn't be causing me this problem!)
