I have Samsung Galaxy S21 5g. Was not getting any updates for phone. Still only had android 11. Every time I would try and update said it would not connect. So did a factory reset. Then got all updates all the way to android 13. Why did I have to factory reset phone to get this to work? thanks
You must have had a bug somewhere in your device and then once you did a factory reset it cleared everything. That's the idea of it, it takes the device back to what it was like when it leaves the factory.
