@Motty2012: Are you encountering the issue while using Night Mode in the stock Camera app? If so, is the mark present in all images, or just certain ones? To address any potential software issues, please head to Settings > Apps > Camera > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache, then restart your Galaxy S21. To check if the problem is hardware related, head to the Phone app > Dial *#0*# into the keypad > Select 'Megacam', then try to replicate the issue by taking a few night shots.
