Samsung s20 ultra dual sim

I just bought this phone on ebay. It seems fine but on thing worring me. In the past I have had dual sim phone. In setting; about phone, the two sim slots had different EMEI numbers. This new phone only has one for both. Is this normal?

Doesn't sound right. See if you can use a second sim in the phone.

As @Pugs1957 has said, this doesn't sound right. Any device I've had that has had 2 SIM slots have different IMEI's

Yes I have 2 sims in.

Up to me,
it's not normal.
I have Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G, so it's not exactly the same phone,
but I suppose that phone was used, so make a factory reset and try to update everything for the newest version.
It's almost four years old phone, so the update is necessary.
