Network issue

Hello, has anyone recently having issue with there network? I've recently done a software update and even since I can't use certain apps without WiFi, chrome, YouTube, ebay etc as it keeps says I have no data even though its showing I have 4g, the odd thing is some apps do still work, it's driving me mad, iv done a factory reset and it's still the same

Ive had a moisture error since i done the update! Cant charge my phone unless wireless is used which is *****!

Yeah no luck, still not working. I've booked an appointment at a Samsung Support Centre for them to have a look.

Any update on your situation? Samsung found nothing wrong with my one, I'm trying to see if Vodafone can do anything

If your phone is a dual sim, try swapping it worked for me
