Network issue

Hello, has anyone recently having issue with there network? I've recently done a software update and even since I can't use certain apps without WiFi, chrome, YouTube, ebay etc as it keeps says I have no data even though its showing I have 4g, the odd thing is some apps do still work, it's driving me mad, iv done a factory reset and it's still the same

Try below

Remove and Re-Insert Your SIM Card

Before rebooting, turn on Airplane Mode. Wait for 30 seconds

then turn Airplane Mode off.

If you still don't have data, turn airplane mode back on, turn your phone off,

wait for a minute,
turn your phone back on, turn airplane mode off, wait for 30 seconds,

then turn mobile data on.

Yes agree same here. I remember software update a few days ago and now no Internet or maps YouTube yet email ok but shows 4g

Exact same for me, just updated to the latest update yesterday and my mobile data has now stopped working

Are you with Vodafone by any chance?

Yes I'm with Vodafone, contacted them and they tried to pin it on the update so I'm here now

They first said it was the update then they told me Vodafone engineers are working on it 🤷, I made the mistake of rebooting my phone but forgot to back it up first lol. Lost everything

I'm about to factory reset mine and see if that does anything, I'll let you know the outcome
