Any help with headphones?

I recently purchased the Samsing s20 FE, can't fault the phone, until today. I went to plug my headphones in, I use a pair of Audio-Technica MX50, great headphones, the phone not having a headphone jack wasn't an issue, as my Huawei hadn't either, so I just figured I'd use the adapter I had, plug it in and get a message telling me it's unsupported. Anyone else have this issue or find a solution? Don't really want to go out and buy a new pair of headphones as there's nothing wrong with the ones I have.

you need to get a newer generation adaptor, the new updates don't support the old adaptors I think they changed some chip or something in them.

hope this helped

a few months samsung disabled the use of non official samsung adapters via a software update, so you need an official adapter.

However I do not know how is the DAC situation in the s20 since they ditched the headphone jack, so it is possible that the DAC in the phone is not capable to driving the headphone to their fullest, you will need to get the adapter and see if it works

Probably the adapter used is faulty. You need to get the Samsung one. My friend had the same problem
