Keep trying to upgrade my s10 plus to the new S20 however everytime I get to the klarna page where it asks certain details boom the tab crashes and I complete the upgrade anyone else having the same problem?

I have the s10 plus aswell and been trying to upgrade via Samsung lounge and through my phone the tab crashes and through my laptop I get to the payment section and as I submit my payment details it keeps giving me a error message saying the payment cannot be completed please try a different form of payment
My payment went through, Samsung's website said it was unsuccessful and to try another method of payment, however still received payment plan with order no and confirmation of DD from Klarna. All I need is confirmation from Samsung, supposedly Klarna has forwarded my case to a specialist team.
So I've just spent an age on the phone with Samsung and Klarna to get to the bottom of the issue and wanted to share my results.
I am in the same boat as most, the Samsung website crashed at the very last stage of the order after I had my credit check done and paid the deposit. (I am upgrading from S10 Plus to S20 Ultra). The deposit has come out of my bank as a confirmed transaction and I've had emails from Klarna with my credit agreement and DD details.
Klarna have confirmed that the transaction has been authorised their end and the account is set up and details have all been sent to Samsung. They have recommended to me NOT to cancel the agreement as they will end up having to do a new hard credit check which will impact my credit score and they will not be able to remove3 the original credit check which will further impact my score.
I obtained the merchant numbers from Klarna and provided these to Samsung. They managed to find my order and have advised that as the website crashed at the last stage, it is showing as a pending order with missing information, even though nothing is missing. Samsung have confirmed that their technical teams are fixing the issue, will push through my order and they will have an update within 24 hours, and indeed I have had two text messages from Samsung confirming they have my order, it will go through and they will update me again in 24 hours.

Trying to upgrade on my computer now and there is no option to choose the grey S20 ultra with 512 memory, just the black one which is cheaper
@Lochaosfrom my testing it seems having add blocker on causes this to happen, try turning add blocker off or try using another Web browser to order the phone

Afraid not. Not worked with me yet makes 0 sense. On the phone they confirmed its an error
