I woke up this morning and went to go onto my phone and it keeps coming up "incorrect password" when I know it is the correct password as it is my baby's name and worked every day till this morning. I am stuck on Maximum Power Mode and can not do anything.

To all of you guys, if unlocking the phone through findmymobile did not work, try to go to recovery mode (search online how to do it on your phone) and clear cache data. I just had the same exact issue on Samsung A11, I did this and it worked + this won't delete any data from your phone 👍🏻

I just got all my data back not to long ago from having to factory reset and it happened again.
This time I just put it in recovery mode and cleared the cache and my password worked again. I looked up a video on how to go to recovery mode, cleared the cache and it worked perfectly.

Today, I woke up and turn on my Samsung Note 20 ultra 5G just fine like every Morning. I like to power it off at night so every morning I need to enter a Pin into it for the System to start. I went to work about 4 hour later and I tired to unlock the phone with my Pin it would not open and keep saying the pin was incorrect. I used my work phone to call my best friend to make sure I was not losing my Mind. After we verify the pin I was entering was the Same one for 3 years and the one I used that morning it still would not works. I decided to use the Find my Modlie to unlock but I got a error message with every attempt I made. After a few hours I restarted the phone and Would you know the PIN WORKED!. I not sure if there was a bug or something. I was just searching to see if anyone else had this happen to them. I am just glad I did not have to reset the phone. Hope other get lucky as I did.

I had the same problem yesterday and tried all of the methods suggested here and elsewhere (including clearing the cache) except "reset to factory default" which would have been a lot of work. Since I have good 4G service most everywhere I go, I decided to put off until today contacting asurion tech support.
This morning I tried WiFi again and no longer got the "incorrect password error." WiFi connected using the remembered existing password that I'd re-entered so many times yesterday. Problem solved! looks like Google noticed it and fixed it. I guess that's the next best thing to not creating the problem in the first place. 🙄

Go to Smart Things Find - sign in to samsung account -click on ‘Unlock’ in list of utilities.

Got new tablets, A9+, same issue with wrong password. This is what I had to do. Change Router setting, security to WPA3-Personal [SAE]. All fixed. You may have to sign back in, all devices, forget old SSID and sign back in.
