S10+ app update issue after Firmware upgrade

I had the latest update end of January and since some of my apps are unable to upate, like fitbit, WiFiman by ubiquiti or Bose Music.

Other apps, like Line, Facebook, Google Maps have updated.

It's a S10+ SM-G975F/DS on OneUI 4.0 Android 12 google play update from 1st of January.

Same here. Can't update apps in Playstore, about 10+ apps can't be updated, even after hard reset, the problem arise again.

that doesn't seem right to me. Are you receiving any error codes or messages when you attempt to do this?

No error code in my case. Certain apps (10-11 apps) won't update in Play Store and won't install any new apps. I may have mentioned, I have hard reset the phone but the same problem resurface again.
