Upgrade Program Issue

I just want to know if anyone who had the Note 10 pre ordered on 7th August and got the first batch on the 23rd August got their upgrade email. I Also go the note 10 when I went through the upgrade program on the Note 9 All my payments are up to date.

I am still awaiting mine and I have no idea how they screwed up so badly as when I put my agreement number in it states I am not eligible till the 30th September but the staff have told me I am up to date with my payments so I am at a loss and just wondering if it was a general screw up as I have always been up to date and upgraded on launch date.

Give it a few days and check any spam emails @StargazerUK 

 

If no update then speak to the relevant Samsung Department that deals with this I'd suggest.
