the phone has been randomly Restarting when the phone is not being used

I've had a Note 20 Ultra , and the phone has been randomly Restarting when the phone is not being used, but not when actively being used in the hand

When I track the reason in power off_reset_ reason, I found the following reason:

/ OFFSRC:(PS_HOLD,SOFT,SOFT) / ONSRC:(HARDRST,PON1,PON1) / RWC:18 UPLOAD:Non Secure Watchdog Bark

Please advice what is it meaning??

Have you ever put a custom rom onto the phone ?

If not then I'd try the following but if these don't work them seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

• Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. 
• Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. 
• Back Up Data and factory reset.

I have the exact same issue with My Galaxy S20 FE. It's been 100% reliable up until a few weeks ago, then it started restarting by itself when idle. Mostly on weekends.

I wiped the cache partition already, updated all Samsung apps and other apps, no change.

I'm seeing lines like this in the bug report / dumpstate.txt
