ISSUES SINCE ANDROID 13 UPDATE

I finally got around to updating my Note 20 ultra last night and woke up to nothing but issues today. Firstly I noticed during the update that immediately after my phone completed updating, a new notification popped up again saying there was a new update available so I carried out 2 updates back to back. Since then I've had issues whenever I make a video call on WhatsApp. First my audio glitches/freezes before the phone blacks out and restarts. The restart is not the normal one either. It's shorter and skips over the Samsung logo part. 

I've cleared WhatsApp's cache and restarted my phone. I've left my phone on safe mode and even unistalled WhatsApp to no avail. I'm at my whits end because overall video calling and audio (on video calls) has had issues. I couldn't carry out a work call earlier as the audio was glitching. 

Has anyone had similar issues and managed to fix it?

@Rickwes: Have you recently switched mobile networks, or inserted a new network SIM? If Wi-Fi Calling is not showing up in the Phone app > 3 dots > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling, then please contact your network provider directly to ensure that the feature is still active on your account. If you have recently updated your Note20, then try restarting the phone to address any software issues that might be a contributing factor.

Apparently some of the bugs dissappear when you wipe the "cache partition" in the "recovery mode".

It seems that old obsolete system data is conflictive with some of the latest android version.

I dont know, worth giving a shot i recogn.

Hi,
I got 2 note 20 ultra phones. I will tell a story about how bad samsung became. My first note 20 ultra decided not to read the sim card when I woke up one morning. The other one still had android 12 on it but I decided to update it to android 13. First android update was OK. But then another update came on the screen, obviously I pressed update. Well the second update made my phone really hot, and ar some point when the screen was black it became greenish during the update. When the updates were finally installed Mt screen has washed out colors and it was flickering. Basically the update destroyed my phone. I can see that I am not the only one with issues.
I called samsung support in UK. I told them what happened. I updated a samsung phone to a samsung update, that destroyed my phone. They said that I have to pay for the repairs and they are really sorry about what happened. Sorry won't fix my phone... how is it possible to commit to only 2 years of updates and the final one would kill people's phones, and just say sorry???? Is it my fault I decided to update? Updates become a way for a company to force people buy new phones.
Someone please remind me why I should keep on spending my money on samsung...

Same problem here with 22 ultra .... if someone found solution please write it down to help us
