I'm using Note 20 Ultra. Yesterday while using it, suddenly a green line came on the mobile screen. However, there is no accidental record of my phone.

What to do about it? Same with me, no accidental record

To help you identify if an inspection is required, @vamera, please go through the troubleshooting steps on this page: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
When you've opened the link, select your product and phone model > Buttons, screen, display and accessories (including S Pen) > Display on your device > Colours, backlight and appearance > My screen has a line (or lines) on the display.
After you've done this, proceed with the troubleshooting steps provided on the page.

I have the same problem too with my Galaxy Note S20 Ultra 5G! This is so stressful. I have followed the https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/ . It requires me to Master Reset my phone and potentially lose all my data 😞.
Can anyone share if resetting your device fix the problem?

After 2 months now, I got another green line
:(. Samsung should pay me for this. It's very hard to use phone with 2 vertical lines like this.

I just had the exact same issue. My Note 20 Ultra installed an update after I rebooted it and now it has that nasty green vertical line on the left side of my screen. Very disappointed. My next smartphone will NOT be a samsung.

It jist happened to me too. So frustrating. Samsung should definitely make it up to customers at no additional cost, after all this is an expensive phone.
