Firstly this is a question you should put to your network provider. Possibly 5G is not yet available in your area.
Do you have a latest SIM card and 5G plan with your network provider.
If you have the 5G phone, if you have the correct 5G contract etc
You should get 5G if you area has it

Hi @scotty82447  Do not think 5G is available in Fife yet and obviously you would need an appropriate plan,  you can check here https://kenstechtips.com/index.php/5g-network-coverage

Will be a little while before 5G is widespread, though more access in city areas.  EE with the best coverage but latest figures I have seen suggest that even with them around half the Uk not catered for.  https://www.uswitch.com/mobiles/news/2021/07/how-good-is-the-5g-connection-in-your-city/

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

If you confirm that 5G is not yet available in your area, turn off the 5G setting within mobile data to save on battery as 5G antenna scans regularly.

One tip that hasn't been mentioned is that sometimes 5G capability needs to be enabled by your business mobile  network provider on the account, or can even be plan or add-on specific. It might be worth calling customer services to ask the question.
