Wifi issues

Hi Team 

Wifi suddenly stops working due to poor strength but it is quite strange because

1- there is no impact of wifi strength for my other mobile device and laptop 

2- if turn off and turn on wifi it starts working suddenly otherwise it won't work for hours

Kindly look into the issues if you are facing it too and raise it to the concern team

Try factory reset on your broadband router first & do a network settings reset on your phone at the same time.

Go to settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Press the Reset Button. Hope this helps! 🙂
