Since my phone updated on sunday with latest version, I haven't been able to get any phone or data signal. It's not my Sim card as it's working fine in an old phone so definitely a technical glitch. Tried resetting network settings but still nothing. Anyone else having issues or know how to fix?

A53 bought online from giff gaff uk. Phone has updated before with no issues.

Thanks for sharing. I've tried everything suggested on this thread apart from reverting the update which looks like the only solution.

One UI8 has been a major problem on my back up A53 5G.
First Sim not recognized replaced it still not working. Did soft reset, cannot access Access Point si did a hard reset having backed up data to PC. Had a call with support and have to send it for repair. Cannot use the track repair status app, I authorise cookies and it just crashes. This is not good enough. Was working fine on prior software UI 7🙏

Regardless of a few posts in that thread, you cannot downgrade software via official means and inherent risks in doing so by other routes, not always possible anyway. Whilst I appreciate that it has  bewen frustrating I would suggest reaching out to support.

Been trying to get a hold of support all day with no luck. Raised an error report, will keep trying.

I get that there are glitches with updates but the after care support from Samsung is shocking and frustrating. Been trying to get a hold of support all day today which has been a waste of my time and still not spoken to anyone. There are reports all over from this UI 8 and UI 7 update yet Samsung aren't responding and people are left with phones that don't work. Not good enough. Hope you get your phone back soon and it's working again.

How are you trying to contact them?

From experience they answer the phones quite quickly
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
