WIFI ISSUE WITH A33 5G

I've had the issue for ages now. Since the android 13 update. If I connect to work WiFi, if it disconnects I have to restart my phone to be able to connect to WiFi again. I'm not going to describe it fully here but is anyone else with this phone having this same issue. Support has been useless and i need to know if lots of people have the issue? There have been 2 updates since and both having resolved the issue. I know of one other user with the same phone who has the issue and I even tested on another a33. It also had the issue.

I did try but when I do, all that goes through to them is the text. The attachment and log data won't go through. I can't fix it and make it work and I'm sure I'm sending it right. I did manage to send them the video via Samsung chat though. Wish I could send them the error report or log data

You can make a new error report again. I think when it says don't close while it is collecting the data. Wait for 10 mins and then you will receive a notification saying that it's been sent. I believe where you went wrong you should wait for 10 mins and don't close the samsung members app. Only close it when it is sent

It says thank you for sending. I assume this is done now. But if I go and look at all error reports if I click on the one I just sent all I see is the text. No attachment and log data. Maybe they can see it though?

They can yes. As long as you clicked that send long data button. Then then can see it full. They should get back to you in a few days time with a response.

Issue is I don't have the problem now so log data is kind of useless..

When the issue occurs I don't have WiFi so can't send to them! At least they can view the video. And I'll try use data to send the log tommorow at work.

I'd say go for it. That way they can recommend you with any troubleshooting steps. Right now, do you not have any issues connecting to your home WiFi

None at all. It's fully okay. I will have to try and use someone's hotspot as I don't have any data!
