Why won't the regular version of Galaxy A16 support Link to Windows pre-installed?

I don't know why - and it seems disappointing to users like me - why the regular version of the Galaxy A16 won't have the pre-installed Link-to-Windows continuity application, although the 5G version does. If the 5G version does, then - no natter what, regardless of graphics - the same features of he Windows Link continuity should be the same on the normal version of Galaxy A16. It's capable. Absolutely. Just if Samsung would just put the feature into the specific phone's update list.

Samsung Flow is not enough, unfortunately.

I just started using this very good phone, thinking it would link with Windows and share applications,

and pulled out the Connected Devices menu,

and to my dismay, the option wasn't there. I manually downloaded the limited service from Google Play, and it had no app sharing.

But it would absolutely be better if the pre-installed version of Windows Link just enrolled out of an update for Galaxy A16, if Samsung would plan that out.

I knew about the 5G version, because I looked inside a local phone market store, scrolled down it's settings panel, and the Windows Link button was there. But in the 4G, it was not.

Samsung, please do something about this.

Your PC must be running at least  Windows 10 with the  May 2019 update https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-link-to-windows/

You will need to await news from Samsung, somehow none of the A16 Devices are mentioned from Microsoft's end . May not have been updated recently but more modern Devices are on the list. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/supported-devices-for-phone-link-experiences-cb044172-87aa...

I meant the phone's software, specifically, not PC requirement. But thanks for the answer.
