Smart Switch PDLR.EXE runkies5 cannot trun off after PC Boots.

Yesterday I went to backup my mobile with Smart Switch as I have done for years. I was advised this is now handled by MS Store and the option to Open. After opening updating I backed up my A40 phone.

Now every time I boot my PC I get a popup asking me if I would allow this 'App' to change my files Yes or No. No matter what I select on the next boot I get the same popup question and it's driving me mad.

I also need to backup my wife's mobile but not if I will get the same problem with her mobile and her PC

How do I stop this popup ?

Disable smartswitch from startup

I would have, except that app is not listed in the Startup list. I have now found it in CCLeaner but would prefer to use disable in Windows System if I can.

Removed it in CCleaner and it hasn't come back
