Why does my phone keep restarting by itself?

I own a Samsung Galaxy A12 and I've had it for a couple years, however, yesterday my phone randomly started restarting by itself while I was using it, this process repeated when I turned it on again, it got to the point where I had to factory reset and hope for the best, unfortunately the issue is still there.

what do I do?

As you've performed a factory reset and the issue persists, it would be best to visit a Service Centre, so an engineer can inspect your phone. Maybe you should take it to a Samsung store for help for advice or for some more help try and go into the phone's device care to see storage memory and more if that helps but if it doesn't TAKE IT to a Samsung Store.
That's all I'm saying for now but pls dm meh for more help.
