On A55 during whatsaap call when screen goes black my mic switch off. How can I fix this pls?

@MaciekMa: Does this issue occur while connected to Wi-Fi, Mobile data, or both? In the meantime, please head to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Battery > Unrestricted > Mobile data > Allow background data usage (On).

So far on WiFi only. Just got that phone. Didn't call on data yet. Thank you will try your thing right now

Sorry to hear of your issues.

When you got your A55, did you bring WhatsApp over via SmartSwitch or did you install the app from the Google Play Store?

If via SmartSwitch, recommend you uninstall WhatsApp then go to the Play Store (don't simply select reinstall after uninstalling), search WhatsApp and reinstall
