Volume box stuck on screen of galaxy a20 phone

The volume box won't clear from the screen of my a20, it is stuck on there. I can't access the buttons to turn my phone off & on again or to restart! I am not sure what to do with it..please help! Screenshots are below...Thanks

Can you swipe down from top of screen into the quick panel and tap on the power icon? Not 100% sure the a20 has the quick panel but if so then try to restart or power off that way.

I have just tried..it only takes me to the screen shown on the first screenshot. I think I will have to wait for the battery to run down...

If you have Bixby then ask it to turn off the phone?

Volume down and power button both together for 10 seconds will restart your device
