I've been trying to enable VoLTE on my A12 after being told that I need to by Tesco Mobile, before they turn off 2G/3G calling. However, there is no option to select VoLTE in the mobile network settings on my phone, just LTE 2G/3G. Software is up to date. Have had several conversations with Tesco Mobile and tried various things, including new sim, they tell me the A12 is compatible with VoLTE, but can't seem to help me with why there is no option to select VoLTE in my settings. They have advised that I contact Samsung. Has anyone had and been able to resolve this issue?
