Vibrating notifications on A32

Can anyone tell me how to turn off vibrating notifications on the galaxy A32 phone please?  We have turned them off in settings, but still get them.  Nothing I've tried when I follow instructions online has worked so far.  Thanks

@CeeConteh: Please head to Settings > Apps > Select an app you receive frequent notifications for e.g. Messages > Notifications > General Notifications > Vibrate > Toggle this option off. Go back, and apply the same to New Messages. Other apps will have different notification subheadings, but if you apply the steps above then you should be good to go.
