Unresponsive Swipe

I had to update for UI 7 update, since then I'm having real difficulties swiping when on lock screen.

Can anyone help?

I'm not tech savvy so I'm hoping someone can help

Wipe cache partition on the phone to see if that helps, always recommended after a big update

I've just done that, I'm hoping it works

I tried a few times and all 1st time

When you start Samsung Members, click support at the bottom of your screen

Then it should show this and click on diagnostics

Then start the tests

I've done tests I've done everything this place has suggested, including clearing cache but still having issues.

I do hope Samsung suffer financially as now I need to get another phone
