Unable to unlock phone

i cannot seem to post on the community board and I can only post here - 

I haven't used my samsung 24 for two weeks as it is asking me for a pin restart which i don't have , i use a 6 letter password normally  , my phone keeps locking for hours , today it is 8 hours - can anyone advise me on what to do ?

@silverfish123  You can unlock using Samsung Find My Mobile, however Remote Unlock would need to have been set up beforehand. Do you mean you are unable to use the community via Samsung Members?
