Unable to update A15 phone

What exactly is the issue? As in, are you getting an error message or is your phone saying up to date while you know there should be updates

The download won't start and then there is an error message saying device or network error please try later. The WIFI connection is strong, plenty of storage and full battery.

Have you tried just rebooting your phone? Also try to press the reply button under my comment when you reply. Else I don't get a notification telling me you replied

Apologies, yes have restarted phone and turned it on and off.

Have you tried turning your wifi off and trying to use data? See if it works, then pause it if it starts downloading. Else it'll use loads of data. Once it's paused, go back on WiFi and see if it resumes.

This kinda tests if your wifi network is at fault

Boot into Safe mode and try in there.

turn the device off, then power it on and hold the Volume Down button when the Samsung logo appears

Thank you. I did that and it worked on mobile data so I rebooted the wifi and that worked. Thanks again
