On my A71 5G, I'm trying to move photos from the download file folder to the DCIM folder on the SD card. I'm using the third party app called File Commander. All permissions have been given, and File Commander can access the SD card files I already have their without a problem, it just can't move anything from the download folder To the camera folder. I get a pop-up telling me that access to the SD card has not been granted and it tells me to "open documents app and clear cache" what is the documents app? When I click the "go to app" button on the pop-up it doesn't go anywhere.
