Missing/corrupt pictures

Hello.

Please can somebody help me! 

I have a Samsung A21S and I have tried to put my pictures from my internal memory to my SD card, I've done this a few times before without issue but this time they have gone crazy and have turned in to Grey pictures with an exclamation mark, I've checked online and it says they are corrupt. 

How/can? I put them back to normal?

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

What id do is see if you have an older backup and see if you can restore images.

1 Go to Settings, then tap Accounts and backup. 2 Under Samsung Cloud, tap Restore data. 3 If you have multiple Samsung devices backed up to the same account, each of your backups will be displayed

Just click on the search bar at the top and search "backup".
