I need help with my Samsung galaxy a54 5g.
I dont get any mobile data signal better than h+ anywhere but when I had my a50 I had perfect mobile signal but since swapping my phone and sim but my mobile network status says disconnected on my new phone.
Does anyone have any ideas to what it could be as its kind of frustrating for me to try and fix this issue

Unfortunately you have purchased a USA model specifically for AT&T USA (a546U)

for future reference most international have an E/DS or B/DS on the end of Samsung model numbers (not always but common, but having DS means dual sim and that's usually on International versions) unfortunately just saying a54 5g doesn't mean much without the model number

It's actually worse you're not going to get 4G or 5g (probably won't get 4g) h+ is fastest 3g likey support in the UK on this hardware version, so Phone likey won't work once 3g is fully switched off in the UK

I would strongly recommend returning it for a refund or for a International/normal version as replacement

It should have been clearly stated that it was a USA only phone (just saying a546U isn't enough) if not then it's a valid reason for refund (assuming eBay)

you need to rase a return case with ebay on that order (you have to return it make sure your using a tracked service like evir as it has end to end tracking with photo usually) just ot cover your self (some attempt return scam witch fails when sender doesn't have tracking )

As long as you've old phone and not factory reset your old phone (or even if you have reset it backup or use samsung switch to restore the data back to old phone) you can just put the SIM card back in your old phone and continue to use it

The mad thing is your post just happened to show up as I was getting a message from somewhere else on here when I accidentally went into the smartphone group on here, I wouldn't have even seen your post if you'd posted this any other day as I never open this members app directly, so it's good that I helped you because you/others will have thought this was a phone fault or network fault (I could have text chat to you as I did see your number for a short time, before I recommend to hide the numbers on the status page)

other supporters on here wouldn't have understood the difference in eu-international/usa when it shows the enhanced voice calling switch (witch is still VoLTE) and show just VoLTE calling switch option (eu-international)

Soon as I seen the U in the model number knew it wasn't the international version
