I downloaded genshin impact on my Galaxy A15 5G right and even on the lower settings it still lags but I try to download it on my tablet which is a Galaxy tab A8 and it works better but will not complete the file download

I guess the most appropriate response to your concerns are that the A15 phone is a lower end model and one which is a good phone for basic phone functions. However when it comes to having the processing power and memory required for gaming then it would likely fall short of being a good experience.

Genshin impact is also a game that requires a lot of processing power and only really the higher range S series and ultras would excel in such games like this.

So unfortunately these do not match up well... the processing that an A15 would need for higher end gaming.

I see that you asked about upgrading from your A15 to another A series in the past. You were given some good advice in this question, but this is also consistent with what I am saying... these lower end A series phones are only really capable of basic functions.

Sorry I can't give a better solution, but if you want to consider some gaming then it might be time to look towards an S series. With the imminent release of the S25 range, then I am sure you could get some good deals soon on the previous S24 or S23 phones... refurb or second hand might be a good option.

These both seem to have a similar spec. It also depends on which model you bought... the higher storage models have more RAM memory... somewhere between 2 to 4GB.

The tablet is more than 3 years old by release date and soon will no longer get any more security and operating system updates.

You can also contact the game developers for genshin, on the link within the game store and try and request some support.

P.s. all I have done right now is to do some basic Internet searching on specs. This is also quite easy to investigate yourself, but in this case I have done the searching for you.

Hope my time has been helpful to you. I am sorry it probably isn't the solution you were looking for, but I think these devices are not quite up to the demands you want to use them for.

As a summary the A series devices whether phone or tablet are the lower to mid range devices. Some are better than others and the A50 and A30 series are improved specs over the A10 and A20 series. The S series devices are the flagships and always have a more capable specification. If you are wanting gaming and demanding tasks then you need to look towards the higher end.

If you want to investigate further about the problems you see, then the Internet and Google are your friend. You might find other solutions from owners that have been able to find improvements with certain features like 'disabling RAM plus' or with some developer advice.

I agree with @Moiramon in that this particular game is a resource hungry game. 

It's a game that some YouTube creators use to test how a device runs a game. 

It's a shame there isn't a lite version of the fame to be able to play it on more devices as it's a really good game. 

Your phone is a mid range phone however it does have it's positives. Alot of the mid range phone's are now close if not on par with some s series phone's. 

If your still within your cooling off period then look at other options and kr in the extreme sell it on and buy another phone that'll run the game better if that's a deal breaker.
