Hi all!
I just got an A13 and I can't get the themes app to open. It says my device is not supported. I have tried all suggestions I have found , even chatted at length with a CSR. I did everything up to and including factory reset and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
@Absynthea: Where did you purchase your Galaxy A13 from? Are you attempting to access the themes via Settings > Themes? I don't recognise the model number in the error notification, therefore please head to Settings > About phone > Status information > Phone status, and make sure that it says 'Official' here. If it says anything else then the phone has received an unauthorised modification to the software, which can result in compatibility issues with some apps and features. Similarly, if the phone was intended for use in another region then this can also affect your ability to access certain features of the device.
