I am getting following error on opening Samsung Store on my Samsung A13

2. On issuing app update, say for example Galaxy Note, Internet...

I found a bug: I set YouTube and Sumsung store to be used in WiFi mode only. Then they both didn't work in either using mobile data or WiFi. But when I set both to work in both mobile data and Wi-Fi modes, they worked again.

Can you just ensure there are no updates waiting.
If not try clearing the cache of the app via Settings > Apps > Choose the app affected > Location > Clear Cache. Clear Data if necessary.
If that does not work then try launching via Wi-Fi connection or mobile data.

Sorry, Sir, this is not solving the problem.
More: I found the same Samsung Apps on Google play store that are installed on my phone fully updated.
Only Samsung Galaxy Store app is not working.
