Yes it is to start my claim and yes I have e tried lap top,phone and ipad with different browsers

@Rene17, what happens when you attempt to submit your claim? Have you tried using a different internet connection (different Wi-Fi, mobile data, Mobile Hotspot, etc.) to see if this helps?

Thanks have not tried hot spot but the page is just blank and my virus protection is saying its a suspicious site

@Rene17 It'll be ideal to try Mobile Hotspot to see if this helps. If your virus protection is restricting access to the page, you can try turning this off, and then try completing this. After you've submitted your claim, you can enable your virus protection again.
