Hello @cuddly and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
Can you send texts ok ?
Is this texts from a particular person or everyone ? If a part person then ask them to check their bllck list and you please check your own phone's block 🚫 list.
For context has this always happened or just started happening 🤔
Does this happen everywhere or in a particular area 🤔 I'm thinking if in a particular area then mast issues and or network congestion.
Which messaging app are you using may I ask ?
If your using a messaging app with RCS integrated then try deactivating that bit.
Ensure your messaging centre is correct. You can check the correct one typically on your networks support pages.
To check the messaging centre number in your phone pull down from the top and in the 🔎 type in message centre.
Also check your apn settings.
Reset your Network Settings via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Then force reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

If you can try your sim card in another phone to see if you receive texts then.
Google Ai Search Suggests
- Network connectivity: Ensure you have a strong signal and are not in an area with poor coverage.
- SIM card: Check if your SIM card is inserted correctly and isn't damaged.
- Message Center Number: Verify the message center number is set correctly in your phone's settings.
- Blocked contacts: Check if you have accidentally blocked the number you are trying to receive texts from.
- Do Not Disturb mode: Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is not activated.
- Messaging app settings: Check for any issues within the messaging app itself, including notification settings.
- Carrier service: Contact your carrier to check if there are any service disruptions or issues with your account.
- Restart your phone: A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches.
- Check for updates: Ensure your phone has the latest software updates.
- Clear cache and data: Clear the cache and data of your messaging app.
- Change messaging app: Try using a different messaging app to see if the problem persists.
- Contact your carrier: If none of the above solutions work, contact your mobile carrier for further assistance.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

If you wouldn't like to try Google messages I would go for resetting the cache of the app. I hope this helps and don't forget to enjoy 2025.

You need to provide more information about the issue, when did it start?
Is the phone new to you etc etc
