Sound issues when phoning

When I make or receive a call I can't hear the other person and they can't hear me   if I switch to loud speaker they can hear me and I can hear them   I've tried the speaker using the Members app and it says it's working fine as I can hear the sound being played OK but it's still not working when I then go and make a call

Do you have something connected to Bluetooth?

No nothing at all

Yes and it says the speaker is fine and I can hear it when I put it to my ear but when I make a call I can't hear anything

@Petsom: When you're on a call, please try pressing the Volume Up button on the side of your phone to raise the call volume. Does this help at all? If not, have you tried reaching out to your network provider to see if there are any known issues with the service in your area?

Turn off WiFi calling. I had the same problem when connected to WiFi.
