SM A50 sound not working.

I have a SmM A50 and have a sound problem.Fact about my phone speaker are below.

-I can hear the ring call sounds and hear there voice but they will not hear my voice

-playing music and watching videos I cannot hear the sound.

-I cannot hear sound on Headphones

-I can hear sounds through Bluetooth speakers

-I can hear only ring tones.

Please I need assistant from Samsung

reset your phone
this happened with me so I had to reset my sm a505fn (a50)

I have the same problem for two mos now. Am wondering why SAMSUNG is not fixing this?? This happened after my last update.  This can happen with all SAMSUNG mobile model as well.  I THINK WE SHOULD AVOID BUYING SAMSUNG MOBILE!!
