Can't claim AKG headphones after buying A51

Hi everyone,

I bought the A51 on 15 August but I'm being told by Samsung Members that I can't claim my headphones as I'm not eligible - anyone else having this problem? I can't even submit proof of purchase as the banner to claim the headphones has now disappeared from my Samsung Members app. The live chat bot doesn't pick up queries about AKG, tried calling the promotions team & the general support line and I was told my call couldn't be completed (I'm in Ireland).

Would love to hear how anybody got this resolved. Cheers.

having same problem . just bought an A71 and cant claim. in Ireland also.. was on support chat and he went off to check with a other support and never came back to me.
if you search for headphones it will bring up a link but then says ineligible

hope you got on okay, I've just sent email as not replying to Facebook messages either and same I'm in Ireland and claims link all are not working.
