Hi everyone,
I bought the A51 on 15 August but I'm being told by Samsung Members that I can't claim my headphones as I'm not eligible - anyone else having this problem? I can't even submit proof of purchase as the banner to claim the headphones has now disappeared from my Samsung Members app. The live chat bot doesn't pick up queries about AKG, tried calling the promotions team & the general support line and I was told my call couldn't be completed (I'm in Ireland).
Would love to hear how anybody got this resolved. Cheers.
