Headphones problem

I have a a25 and up till 3 days ago my phone worked perfectly fine. Now on my volume bar it says I headphones on when I don't. I have none connected in the jack or by Bluetooth. I have tried loads of thing like resetting my phone to clearing the cache and formatting it and it's still on. Any help or tips to make sound come out of my phone again
