Tap the pen icon in the panel. Tap Edit. Select the button from the 'available buttons' list and tap on it to add it. Tap done. See screenshots.

I didn't need to add the screenshot icon to the quick panel on my A25 5G, it was there already.
The A series has had the palm swipe option for some considerable time.

And then install Registar from the Galaxy Store, or from the Good Lock module (https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.app.galaxyregistry)
- Press side key and hold action
- Select take and share screenshot.

- Create a routine
- Select "IF"
-Scroll down to the bottom
- Press "Button action"
- Select "Double press side key"
- Press done
- Press "THEN"
- Scroll down to "Function"
- Select Take Screenshot
- Save Routine
