My screen doesn’t always work it can be fine then all of a sudden it turns off and won’t turn back on until I start charging it or reset it (even when the battery is full).
also the speaker doesn’t work when I play videos, it works for phone calls and my headphones work. Every time I try the live chat it says that nobody is available and to try later but this has been happening for about 4 days now.
Any help will be much appreciated, thank you.

Hi @Joshl

First if relevant remove any sd card as a malfunctioning one can cause issues.

Second please put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded app's but let's your stock app's keep working. If the issues stop then this highlights a downloaded app as the possible issue. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent downloaded app's one at a time until it stops.

Third Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. You may need to insert your headphones or hook upto a computer with your data cable to get to this menu on the phone.

Lastly as a final option back up and remove any relevant sd card and factory reset.

If you have a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre open then let's them have hands on @Joshl

I wish you all the best with this.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi, sorry for the late reply.

I tried safe mode and deleted all apps that didn't come on the phone. I didnt understand how to clear system cache files so I went ahead and factory settingsed the phone... the problem still persists, any other suggestions?
