Galaxy A55 mic problem when using USB type c earphone

I use the moondrop chu 2 type c earphone on my galaxy a55. It works fine when I'm watching videos or listening to music. But, if I try to call someone or basically whenever the mic is in use there's a very piercing noise. I have tried the earphone on other devices and it works properly. So the problem is on the phone. I have also tried using Bluetooth earphones and there's no such noise. Anyone else facing this kind of issue?
